1. Lawful saving
You may organize your own material and third-party material you have permission or another lawful basis to use. Applicable copyright exceptions remain available. Sharing a link, copying media and redistributing that media can involve different permissions. Keep source attribution where available.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized redistribution, or evasion of access controls, DRM or account restrictions.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking or other illegal sexual content.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery, including sexualized manipulated images of identifiable people.
- Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, doxxing, stalking or publishing confidential information without a lawful basis.
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, malware, phishing, spam or attempts to compromise accounts or infrastructure.
- Content or conduct that promotes illegal acts or facilitates harm, or violates applicable app-store content rules. SocialBoard must not be used as a pornography distribution service.
- Misleading edits or metadata presented to falsely attribute statements or conduct to another person.
Private storage is not an exemption from law or these rules. We assess context, including legitimate reporting, education and lawful exceptions.
4. Report content or a user
In the app, use Post options → Report content, open a comment’s options and choose Report comment, or open a member’s profile and choose Report or block this person. Saved private items include Report AI or content problem. The operator reviews these reports. Blocking hides feeds containing either person from both accounts until unblocked; other members retain access. Manage blocks under Profile → Privacy & safety. Blocking does not delete content or recall copies.
Without the app, contact us through Support with the content or feed identifier, relevant source or shared URL, the reason for your report and enough context to find it. You do not need to be signed in to contact us. Do not email illegal imagery or distribute private access credentials. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Copyright owners should use the structured instructions on the Copyright page. You can also report inaccurate automated metadata. Reports are assessed by the operator; automated tools may assist triage but do not substitute for necessary review.
5. Action and appeals
We may remove or restrict content, revoke shared access, warn users or suspend accounts proportionately to the issue; serious or repeated violations can result in termination. We may preserve limited records or make legally required reports. Where lawful and practical, we notify affected users and explain how to appeal. Reply with the decision reference and your reasons; copyright counter-notices follow the separate statutory process. False or abusive reports are prohibited.
