1. Your agreement

Contact SocialBoard at support@socialboard.app. The service is provided under the SocialBoard name, based in United States.

By accepting these terms when offered, or using the service after having a reasonable opportunity to review them, you agree to them. The Acceptable Use & Sharing Rules form part of this agreement. The Privacy Policy explains our data handling. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 and meet any higher local age requirement. If you cannot enter this agreement independently under local law, obtain the required parent or guardian agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize, but this does not exclude our own legal responsibilities.

3. Saving and third-party sources

You may save and share content you own, have permission to use, or otherwise may lawfully use, including under an applicable copyright exception. You are responsible for ensuring your particular use respects copyright, privacy, publicity and other rights. Public availability, attribution or personal use alone does not automatically authorize copying or redistribution.

We provide tools to process saves you request; we do not grant rights in third-party content. Do not bypass access controls, paywalls, DRM or private-account restrictions, or use the service to infringe another party’s rights. Source platforms have their own rules. Imports may be partial, unavailable or later removed; SocialBoard is independent of Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and other sources.

4. Ownership and the permission you give us

You retain whatever rights you hold in content you submit. Other creators retain their rights. To the extent you are entitled to do so, you grant SocialBoard a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, cache, convert, create thumbnails and previews, extract information and produce organizational metadata, solely to operate and secure the service and carry out the saving and sharing you request.

We may allow service providers to exercise those rights only as needed to provide these functions. This license does not authorize unrelated advertising use, sale of your content or unrelated AI-model training. It ends when the content is removed from our systems, except for limited backup, security or legal retention described in the Privacy Policy and copies you authorized others to retain. You cannot grant rights you do not have.

5. Feeds, invitations and sharing

Access depends on the sharing settings and permissions you choose. Check who can view, contribute to or manage a feed before sharing. Invitations can reveal the inviter’s identity and feed name. A recipient may download, copy or reshare content, so revocation cannot recall copies outside SocialBoard. Feed owners and moderators must use their powers lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Rules. Shared material is not endorsed by SocialBoard.

6. Automated metadata

Automatic titles, descriptions, tags and categories are organizational aids. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice or verified statements about people, rights or source claims. Review and edit them before relying on or sharing them. Report harmful or incorrect outputs through Support.

7. Reports, removals and account restrictions

We may disable content, restrict sharing or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to address violations, legal obligations, security risks or harm. We handle copyright matters under the Copyright Policy and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Where practical and lawful we explain action and allow an appeal. Urgent action may occur before notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to disputed or removed content.

8. Paid features, if offered

Any purchase must show the price, billing period, renewal conditions and cancellation instructions before you agree. Purchases through an app store are subject to that store’s applicable billing and refund rules. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription; manage it through the billing provider. We do not waive mandatory refund or consumer rights.

9. Availability and ending use

Features and supported sources can change. We may pause or end a feature for operational, security or legal reasons and provide reasonable notice where practical or required. Maintain independent copies of material you need to preserve. Stop using the service or request account deletion at any time through Delete Your Account.

10. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose, or that external content will remain available. We do not warrant the accuracy or legality of third-party content or automated metadata.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. They do not replace statutory remedies.

11. Claims arising from misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable losses and legal costs from third-party claims caused by your unlawful content or intentional violation of these terms, to the extent attributable to your conduct. This does not cover our own wrongdoing or impose obligations prohibited by consumer law. We will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to participate in the defense, and will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.

12. Disputes, changes and contact

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable law and courts are determined under the rules that apply to you and the operator, including mandatory protections in your place of residence. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

We publish updated terms here and give reasonable notice of material changes, with renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Contact us through Support & Contact.
